  1. Hello, Would you please tell me where you are located and how much you charge for an office visit. My husband has stage four prostate cancer and I would like to try cannabis oil to help with this. Thank you. Karen Fain

  2. I am in desire need of medical marijuana. I have Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia. I have had eight brain surgeries and have tried every seizure medication and nothing stops my pain that I experience on a daily basis. My episodes last for hours and I do not take pain pills. I have tried marijuana and it stopped my pain quickly. I’m in desperate need of someone helping me to stop my pain. I have researched how medical marijuana helps Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia and how the Indica blend is best. I live in Georgia and need to learn how to get on the register to enhance my quality of life.

  3. I have epilepsy, since I was in my early 20s now I’m in my 50s and my body can’t take the pain from having seizures anymore. 5. I am a seizure patient who has been on medication my entire life (tegretol, lamictal and phenobarbatol). I would like to try cannabis oil because I know how bad medication is on my liver and body as a whole. I recently had a episode that sent me to the hospital. They felt perhaps I had a mini stroke but are also thinking I have symptoms of MS. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you.

    Sincerely,
    Paula Diamond
