  • I have severe neuropathy in my hands, moving into my lower arms, my lower back, legs and feet. I have seen a neurologist who sent me to a pain management doctor. I have had a bilateral cervical discectomy and fusion in 2016. The weaknesses and neuropathy is coming back worse then before. I have had a radio frequency abilation on both sides of my lumbar in late 2016 and they only lasted a few months. I can’t stand for more then 10 minutes without the tingles, needless and pins, and burning in my back and legs. I can’t even mix batter in a bowl without my hands getting too weak and numb. I have now been, for the last 4 months, waking every night at least twice a night from the numbness, burning, needles and pins in my legs and hands and I have to move because of the severe plain, but I feel like my bones are going to break. I have to go sit in a tub, to get to a point where I can move a little bit. The muscle relaxers out me totally out and really don’t help. The pain medicine hydrocodone 7.5, that I won’t take every day, only if I am having to do something only lasts about an hour. I want an alternative. I have Cigna insurance and live in Statesboro, Ga. Can you please guide me in what I would need to visit you for a possible CBD card and how much my visit would be and what paperwork I would need to bring.

  • I’m in Southeast GA and I am desperately searching for a Medical Cannabis Dr in GA. I have a CA card but even thought Senate Bill 16 says GA has to honor my card, the Drs are not honoring it. I have lost my pain management dr as a result. And another clinic i desperately need is threatening to release me if I don’t get a GA doctor to approve me. Can someone please help me?

  • Good afternoon. I live in Henry county. I need your assistance in my efforts to get on the Medical Marijuana Registry.

I am a 32 year Army combat veteran who has been and still is suffering from PTSD. I have been diagnosed with PTSD since 2010. I have also been under the care of a VA Psychiatrist and a VA Psychologist since then. Unfortunately, the VA will not discuss the use of the low CBD oil as an alternative to their standard treatment of pushing pills. I take 16 pills a day and have been doing so since 2010. I just can’t deal with the drugs anymore and am willing to try any alternative.

I have enough medical records to choke a herd of horses and can provide them. I have smoked Marijuana one time in my life when I was a teenager and it made me sick to the point of vomiting.

I am at the point that I am willing to try anything to get off of these drugs I am taking.

I am asking for your help in support of my efforts to get on the Registry.

    Respectfully,
    A Suffering Veteran

    • From Baldwin County: It seems you and I are in the same boat. I was diagnosed with PTSD in 99 from service in Vietnam. I was rated 70% by the VA in 2013. Have you been able to find a physician, and if so would you please provide the name? Thanks.

  • The fact that so many people are in such pain and Georgia makes it impossible to justify legalizing the damn drug for them but making it a crime to actually purchase it! I’m done with voting Republican altogether.
